Till I reached my third year of Medical College, I had never bothered about resistance training. A thin fellow with tubular arms and a cylindrical torso - that is how I might describe my physical appearance in those days. What started with fun and experimenting soon began showing results. The flab started melting down and grooves started appearing among strings of muscles I never knew existed! My tummy got sucked in, shoulders broadened, and I started looking and feeling like I could not be bullied by anyone easily now.
This blog will describe my experiences with body building and certain principles that go with it for more effective results from resistance exercises. This article may not be helpful for those who wish to take up body building professionally. Rather, people from all walks of life, who wish to spare an hour or two daily to tone up their appearance, are the ones who might benefit a little from these experiences.
I will try to keep on adding a little bit to this article everyday, till it appears complete. Until then, please bear.
